Every answer pulls the coach's real material first, then responds in their tone and rules, not a generic AI voice giving generic advice.
Ship it everywhere
The same engine goes live as text chat, a live voice call, and video/audio upload for speech feedback, all from one system.
Make it brand-pluggable
The engine is built so a new coach's content and voice can be dropped in without rebuilding the system, the same architecture, a different expert.

The hard part was never generating an answer, any model can do that. It was making the system answer with the coach's actual framework, not a generic paraphrase, and knowing the difference between a question and a speech that needs feedback.
We'd build the brand-pluggable structure from day one instead of retrofitting it. Once the second brand needed the same engine, separating content and voice from the underlying system became the whole point.
