Terms of service

These terms apply to aiporate.com and everything hosted on it: the free tools, calculators, the AI Growth Penetration Test, the Live Sales Room, the dashboard demo, and any paid engagement (GTM Sprint, audit, retainer, or one-off project) you book with Aiporate. Aiporate Talents (talents.aiporate.com) and Aiporate Run (run.aiporate.com) are separate products with their own terms.

By using this site or booking an engagement you accept these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

The scanner, calculators, scorecards, and diagnostics on this site (under /fix, /tools, and elsewhere) are provided as-is, free of charge, to give you a directional read on your own GTM setup. They are estimates built from the inputs you provide and public signals we can read from your site; they are not audited financial or legal advice and should not be the sole basis for a business decision.

We reserve the right to change, rate-limit, or retire any free tool at any time without notice, since none of them carry a paid commitment.

Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any paid work are agreed in writing (a proposal, statement of work, or signed contract) before work starts. These general terms fill the gaps; where a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.

The specific guarantees we offer are listed in writing on the site itself (see the guarantee chips in the footer and on relevant service pages) and in your contract, not implied beyond what's stated there. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or ranking outcomes, since those depend on factors outside our control (your market, your team's follow-through, your existing brand).

Cancellation, refund, and payment terms are set per engagement in the contract you sign; ask before booking if you want to see these ahead of time.

If we build systems, dashboards, or automations for you, you own the output: the workflows, the configurations, the content produced for you. We do not lock your data or tooling behind our own infrastructure by default; where an engagement includes access to your own tools (CRM, ad accounts, analytics), that access and the data in it remain yours.

What we collect about you as a visitor or lead (not the systems we build for you) is covered separately in the Privacy Policy.

Don't use this site or its tools to scan, test, or submit domains you don't have permission to assess, to attempt to disrupt the site (denial-of-service, scraping at abusive volume, probing for vulnerabilities without authorization), or to submit false information to abuse a free tool or lead form.

If you find a genuine security issue, email mert@aiporate.com and we'll work with you on responsible disclosure rather than treating it as abuse.

The site's design, copy, code, and the Aiporate name and marks are owned by Aiporate. Content we publish (the blog, research reports, playbooks) may be shared with attribution; don't republish it wholesale as your own or use our marks to imply an endorsement that doesn't exist.

This site and its free tools are provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or that every output is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Aiporate's liability for any claim arising from your use of the free tools or this site is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us for the specific service in question in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in our Impressum. If a specific signed contract for a paid engagement states different governing law, that contract controls for that engagement.

If we change these terms meaningfully, we'll update this page and the date below. For an active paid engagement, changes here don't override what's already agreed in your signed contract.
