Privacy policy

Plainly written, matching exactly what this site does. If a lawyer's version supersedes this for your jurisdiction, that version controls.

Who this covers

This policy covers aiporate.com and the tools on it (the scanner, calculators, the Live Sales Room, the dashboard demo). Aiporate Talents (talents.aiporate.com) and Aiporate Run (run.aiporate.com) are separate products with their own privacy policies.

The data controller is Aiporate. Full legal entity details (registered name, address, register number) are published in our Impressum once available; until then, reach us at mert@aiporate.com for any controller-identity request.

What we collect, and why

Form submissions: if you use a free tool, request an audit, or book a call, we store what you typed (name, email, company, website, role, and your answers) plus the source of the submission and a fit/intent score, so we can follow up and improve the tools. This is stored in our database (see Sub-processors below).

Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address to send the newsletter, nothing else. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately.

Scanner inputs: when you run the free website scanner, the URL you submit is fetched server-side to compute your results; we do not store the scanned page's contents, only your own score if you choose to save or share it via a lead form.

Usage data: standard technical data (pages viewed, referrer, rough device type) via analytics, but only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner. Nothing is sent to Google or Meta before you choose.

Cookies and tracking

We use a consent banner with two optional categories: Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, for traffic and conversion measurement) and Marketing (the Meta Pixel, for ad performance measurement). Both default to off. Nothing loads until you actively accept that category, and you can change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

We use Google's Consent Mode, so even if you decline, Google receives an anonymous signal with no cookies attached, used only in aggregate, modelled form. A small number of strictly necessary items (your consent choice itself, and session state for tools like the Live Sales Room) are stored locally in your browser regardless, since the site cannot function without them.

Email communication

If you leave your email through a form, you may receive: a one-time confirmation, a strategy brief if you used the Live Sales Room, and, unless you opt out, a short email sequence over about two weeks with relevant follow-up (never more than one email every few days). Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the sequence immediately, no further action needed.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

Sub-processors

Supabase (database, hosted in the EU, Stockholm region) stores form submissions and newsletter subscriptions.

Resend (transactional and drip email delivery, United States) sends the emails described above; message content passes through its infrastructure to be delivered.

Vercel (hosting and content delivery) serves this website globally.

Google and Meta only receive data if you accept the matching cookie category, and only the standard analytics/conversion signals their tags collect.

Where a sub-processor is outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on that provider's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Retention

Form submissions and newsletter subscriptions are kept for as long as reasonably useful for follow-up and improving the tools, and deleted on request (see Your rights). Email-sequence state (which step you are on) is deleted once the sequence completes or you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us to: confirm what we hold on you, correct it, delete it, export it, or stop processing it, and you can withdraw cookie consent at any time via the footer link. Email mert@aiporate.com for any of these; we respond within the legally required timeframe.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Children

This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes meaningfully, we will update this page and the date below. Continued use of the site after an update means you have seen the current version.
